Step 1: Add brewed and chilled espresso, liqueur, bourbon, and meringue powder to an ice-filled cocktail shaker.

Step 2: Cover and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled 12-oz. cocktail glass.

Step 3: Garnish with instant espresso powder and whole coffee beans, if desired.
