Directions
Step 1: Remove rind from watermelon. In a blender, blend enough fruit to make 2 cups juice. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve; discard pulp.
Step 2: Combine watermelon juice, wine, rum, simple syrup, and lime juice in a 42-oz. ice-filled pitcher.
Step 3: Top with hard seltzer. Garnish pitcher with star-shaped watermelon chunks on skewers, if desired.
Step 4: To serve, divide watermelon spritzer among 6 (10-oz.) ice-filled glasses.

- 4 oz. Yes Way Rosé wine
- 4 oz. Malibu Caribbean Rum with Coconut Liqueur
- 2 oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. Hy-Vee lime juice
