Directions
Step 1: Muddle rum, mint, and agave in a cocktail shaker. Add ice cubes; cover and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled 8-oz. rocks glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with additional fresh mint and lime slices, if desired.

- 1-1/2 oz. white rum
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint
- 2 tsp. light agave nectar
- 4 oz. lime-flavored sparkling water
