Directions
Step 1: In a cocktail glass, muddle watermelon, lime juice and sugar together.
Step 2: Add rum, fresh mint and a few ice cubes.
Step 3: Top mojito off with club soda.
Ingredients
- 2 medium chunks seedless watermelon
- Juice from 1/2 a lime
- 2 tsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
- Add white rum 2 oz. white rum
- Add Mint sprigs Mint sprigs
- Add Ice cubes, as needed Ice cubes, as needed
- Add club soda 2 oz. club soda
