Directions
Step 1: Add ½ cup ice, rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and bitters to a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake well to blend ingredients.
Step 2: Strain into an ice-filled 6-oz. cocktail glass. Pour grenadine on top.
Step 3: Add maraschino cherries and, if desired, garnish with pineapple wedge.

- 1 ½ oz. Rum
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- ½ oz. fresh orange juice
- 1 dash(es) bitters
- 1 tsp. grenadine
- 2 maraschino cherries
- Pineapple wedge, for garnish
