Directions
Step 1: Combine whiskey, simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until mixture is chilled and well-combined.
Step 2: Strain mixture into an ice-filled 8-oz. glass. Garnish with an orange peel, if desired.

- 1/4 oz. simple syrup
- 2 dashes orange bitters
